Information for Stall Holders 

All the Information at Your Disposal

The Vic Park Markets are held on Sunday mornings at John Macmillan Park from 8am to 12noon.

We charge $20 for a 3mx3m site.

 If you require power we charge an extra $10.
If you are a not-for-profit (NFP) or a community group we waive the site fee.

Our theme days

1st Sunday – Pet Day

2nd Sunday - Health and Wellness Day

3rd Sunday - Artisan Day

4th Sunday - Vintage Day (preloved items and collectables)

5th Sunday - Gardening Day (plants and anything to do with the environment and sustainability)

We prefer payment on the day and it can be either by cash or by EFT. You will be provided with a tax invoice/receipt.

All stall holders are required to have their own Public Liability (P/L) insurance for a minimum cover of $10 million.

If you have your own public liability insurance, it would be appreciated if you could email a copy to wilfhendriks@gmail when you make your intial booking.

If you don’t have your own P/L insurance, you will be covered, free of charge, by a policy, we have taken out on behalf of uninsured stall holders. There are some items not covered by our insurance. Please click the image above this section to read the insurance exclusions document. If you are selling items on this list you will need to obtain your own Public Liability insurance.

If you are selling any food item or are a food vendor, contact us as further conditions apply, regarding permits and availability.​

Bump-in is from 6 am. It is suggested to arrive at around 7 am which should give you plenty of time to be set up by 8 am. You enter the park from Kent Street, East Victoria Park.
You will see volunteers in high visibility vests who will direct you to your spot when you arrive.
